because this thing always happen when download or upload big file, the connection will cut off suddenly than the file is broken so need to start from scratch again and this will waste our time.

You should add a DNS Troubleshooting tool that Detects if the DNS Server(s) that the PC is using are down. Then find a DNS Server that is working and offer to change their DNS Server(s) for them to get their internet connection working again.
